For nearly two decades, I have worked with high-functioning women whose lives looked fine on the outside but were costing them far more than they ever named. Long before this work was labeled coaching or personal development, I was creating rooms where capable women could stop performing, speak plainly, and see the pattern organizing their lives.
This work was shaped by repetition, not theory. Across hundreds of women, I watched the same dynamic play out again and again. Intelligent. Responsible. Reliable. Exhausted. Not because they were broken, but because they had organized their lives around carrying what others did not. My formal training sharpened what experience had already made clear: insight alone does not change how a life runs.
Women do not need more understanding. They need accurate pattern recognition and interruption. They need someone who can see where their decisions are coming from, name it directly, and stop the loop without turning their lives into a prolonged process.
I founded You Can, Women in 2006 because I understood something early. Women were not failing. They were carrying. Everything I have built since has been rooted in identity, not motivation, and in truth-telling rather than performance.
That work is now called The Discipline of Unpacking™. It exposes the pattern running your choices, separates it from who you actually are, and ends the way survival roles continue to make decisions long after they are needed.
This is consulting and advisory work for women who are done managing symptoms and ready to see clearly.
This work is structured and direct. It is designed to create movement, not prolonged exploration. The conversations are honest, grounded, and oriented toward responsibility rather than performance.
I have led this work in rooms, retreats, and communities for years because it requires something many spaces avoid: adults telling the truth about what is actually running their lives. Not to analyze it endlessly, but to change how they move once it is named.
This work does not fix you. It makes the operating pattern visible enough that it loses its authority. When survival roles stop making decisions for you, choice becomes possible without constant self-management.
This work is for GenX women who are ready to take responsibility for what comes next and no longer want their lives organized around patterns they have already outgrown.
